A Home for All Strays!

Now, I have seen everything! This white dove has taken up residence on my porch roof. He/She? seems to be domesticated and teases the dogs and the cats. He/She is obviously very healthy and I will look into providing it a home/coop/house. If anyone knows anything about these beautiful birds and their needs, please email me (vwoodjd@wildblue.net ) or just comment below. What a pleasure it is to watch this graceful creature fly around my place! My son was teasing me saying, "Now what, you're taking in stray birds?" I guess so....

Paws for Art Donation Piece - Pepper

Meet Pepper (her sister was Salt). I just finished this piece for the annual fundraiser, Paws for Art, for Oxford Lafayette Humane Society. I will write Pepper's story (once a resident of OLHS) today and print on a mat for framing tomorrow.
